GIVE-AWAY TIME!
That moment that everyone seems to love...

Not exactly sure how one year got by me so fast...but it did!  Actually I'm not sure where the last 25 years have gone lol - as this year is the magic "Half-Century" mark for me.  If you know me - you know numbers are not a big deal - they are just numbers after all, and in the scope of life - they really don't matter too much in terms of your personal value as a human being...or what you define as personal success.  Well - I suppose the only exception might be...if it's your numbers on the winning lottery ticket...lol!  Anyways, although I will be turning the big 5-0 in August - I really don't feel "old" - and actually I think each year you add, well - life just keeps getting more impressive!  Especially when you look back over the years, and contemplate all you've learned - and then - in the next moment, looking toward the future with thoughts of all that you've yet to learn in this ever-changing world.  LIFE - with all the daily intricacies is pretty darn impressive if you ask me...

For those that know me - you know I do not pick "images" or create "Art" without heart and soul - there is ALWAYS a meaning behind my creations.  The "INTRICACY" series is no different - as for me, it symbolizes life...all those little daily details, patterns and colors that entwine together to create one moment in time...that connects to the next day - the next month, and the years.  So whenever you see something from my "Intricacy" series - I want you to think about LIFE - and all the good things you're reminded of!  Everyday there is always something to appreciate :)

    I love your work, all of it. The "Intricacy" series is great, although I would prefer a whole single pattern on the Matchsticks. And I'd love to win the earrings! Your work inspires me.

      Thanks Darla - that means a lot :)
      And if you ever see anything on other tiles - I can definitely digitize them to any color, pattern, shape or size with the different programs I work in - so can customize for you. I'm not sure what you mean by whole single pattern - whether that's a solid or a monochrome style pattern (similar to the snapshot from Etsy with the Designer Set of 3 - all purple with a little bit of variegated purple pattern)...but I will definitely keep that in mind for the next bath up Matchsticks :)

    You are like a little midnight maker I think. You just keep coming up with new designs. I love some of these. I always immediately get ideas. I guess I better finish working on the tiles I have and sell them so I can get more:)

      LOL - Midnight and beyond...(for some reason I'm hearing the Toy Story theme haha). As you wrote that, my woodworker has another 4-5 brand new very fun shapes I am totally excited about. Working on getting my website in shape so that I can have a better shopping venue for all the choices in sizes, shapes and themes :) - and I think you do pretty good at getting things created design wise - you've been on a roll so keep on going! <3

    Love the intricacies tiles - they have a ethnic feel but with a modern colourful twist. I can never have enough of your tiles - they so often are the starting point for my designs
